Open Banking | Tide
Tide is a mobile first alternative to a traditional bank, aimed at freelancers, contractors and small business owners. All of Tide's features are orientated around a well designed mobile app and there are no physical branches to visit. Tide have a simple onboarding process that takes just 5 minutes from start to finish. The account comes with a bunch of other useful features including:
- A fixed fee of 20p per transaction with no monthly charges
- No charge at all for BACs transfers
- Ring-fenced deposits (protected by Barclays)
- No foreign exchange fees when using your card abroad
Tide is well suited to digital businesses that don't have a requirement to deposit cash or cheques and are comfortable with an entirely app based user experience.

Getting Started
To setup a Tide Open Banking Feed, simply log into your QuickFile account and in the "Banking" menu select "Open Banking Feeds" then click the button and select your bank from the list.
