By linking QuickFile to Dropbox you can effortlessly import your digital receipt scans into QuickFile from your desktop or mobile device. Dropbox comes with a generous free tier and is ideal when you need to process larger volumes of receipts.
The Dropbox mobile app has a built in document capture tool to quickly capture your receipts on the move and have them seamlessly imported into your QuickFile Receipt Hub. Install Dropbox on your PC or Mac and then simply drag and drop all your receipts into a desktop folder and within minutes they'll be sitting in your QuickFile account ready for processing.
Import Receipts
Drag and drop your scanned receipts into a dedicated Dropbox folder and have them automatically pulled into your Receipt Hub ready for tagging.
Backup Data
Setup periodic backups of your QuickFile accounting data into Dropbox. Backups are delivered as a zipped collection of spreadsheet files.
