Dividends

The Quick File Secretary can automatically generate a tax voucher for the shareholders receiving payment. The tax voucher shows the net dividend and the associated tax credit, along with the details of the company and the shareholder. This can then be used by the shareholder when they come to complete their tax return.

The system also stores a record of any dividends paid to the company's shareholders and displays a cumulative total of distributed profits. If it is necessary to waiver a shareholder from a dividend payment the system will automatically generate the waiver deeds to print and sign.

Board Minutes

The Quick File Secretary includes a system for inputting and printing board minutes. The process is quick and simple and the minutes are automatically formatted into a standardised template which can be saved in Rich Text Format (RTF), this is compatible with most word processing software.

Annual Returns

When your company’s annual return is due the Quick File Secretary can generate the contents of the return based on the information held in your company account. The return can then be sent electronically to Companies House, this will enable all account holders to benefit from the reduced filing fee of £15.

Minimum Requirements

In order to ensure smooth operation of the system we recommend the following as a minimum requirement:

1. An internet enabled PC.
2. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or above.*
3. Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4 or above (download the latest version free of charge from www.adobe.com).
4. A Word Processor such as Microsoft Word that supports Rich Text Format (RTF).

* Although other browsers may function on the website. We cannot guarantee that this will be the case as we only perform tests using Internet Explorer.
